On BeWords, the main concept of the site is to enable customers and providers to work directly together.

BeWords therefore is not in the role of a translation agency and does not guarantee the quality of the services that customers receive from the providers they work with.

Nevertheless, our aim is to give customers the best possible level of information about their selected providers before working with them. To this end, we have set up several tools:

• Regular control of the provider profiles, to insure their quality
• Certified profiles, for which the BeWords team has checked the contents of the profile and a member of the BeWords has actually contacted the provider to make sure the provider is available/motivated to work
• Ranking algorithm: providers are displayed to customers using a Ranking algorithm which takes into account more than 50 parameters, with the objective of displaying to customers the most active and high-quality providers
