BeWords has created an algorithm to rank providers in search results.

This algorithm cannot be made public, to avoid users of the site from trying to improve their ranking result artificially.

The ranking algorithm is continously updated and improved and our aim is to guarantee that providers (translators, interpreters, etc) who use the site normally and enthusiastically will make it to the top of the Ranking.

Some things that we take into account in the Ranking:

• Quality of the profile information: profile presentation, work information and pricing information are all taken into account
• Quality feedback from customers: if you have great feedback from customers, you will rank higher
• Number of projects and earnings: the more you work on BeWords, the higher your rank
• General involvement in the site's community life: people who actively use the site, invite friends to join, use their BeWords profile URL outside of BeWords to promote their services, etc are rewarded with Ranking points
• Spamming as well as excessive or abusive usage of the site's features all result in lower Ranking
