BeWords is the place where translators and customers can meet and exchange, set up projects and start mutually beneficial collaborations.

To ease this, we have created a translation project management tool, which is available to all customers and translators members of the site.

The system enables to:

- create projects and give all the details necessary to its completion (upload of files to translate, instructions, deadline, etc.)

- keep the project "private" so that it's visible only to the customer's existing translator list/contacts or display the project as "public" (and therefore enable translators on BeWords to offer quotes for the project).

- customers can select the best quote/translator profile for their project and validate the project. The selected translators are then notified and the project launched.

- translators can upload the translated files once they are finished translating.

- during the whole process, customers and translators are able to communicate freely : by chat, exchange of messages, emails, etc.
